WHY CHOOSE LITTLE ATHLETICS?
Little Athletics is a great family orientated sport open to children aged 5-15 years. There are a few things that may help you when making a decision to join. Mill Park-South Morang Little Athletics Club is a community not-for-profit sporting group which champions young people through building confidence and strengthening relationships. We also encourage and value personal bests over and above any other achievements. We believe it is more important for a young athlete to continue to improve that focus on the next medal. We love medals, but we love personal bests more. One of the greatest strengths of Little Athletics is the ability to have children compete, whilst surrounded by family, and increasing fitness all at the same time.
Here’s a short You Tube video from Sally Pearson advocating the benefits of Little athletics.
